• Less potato/pasta - more whole grains / rice / bulgar

ELIMINATE

• Eliminate ALL "soda pop" - including diet

•Eliminate / reduce junk food  e.g. potato chips

• Drink water, water, water and fruit juices

• Eliminate / reduce significantly-  fast/fatty/fried foods
(you just know they are bad for you)

• Reduce aging oxidants
- Tobacco
- Alcohol
- UV rays
