“Healthier” Chocolate
Chip Cookies
Mix together
½ C Butter
1 C Brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Mix together
1 C whole wheat flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp salt
2 C rolled oats
1 C chopped walnuts
1 C chocolate chips
Add wet to dry, roll into balls,
press flat to about 1 cm on cookie sheet
Bake at 325 app. 12 – 15 minutes
